Sorry for the lateness of this post.  I’m having one of “those” weeks.  I hope to catch up this weekend.

My new favorite blog, The Simple Dollar, had a great post on breakfast burritos.  The Man of the House and I are eager to try them.  We usually have granola for breakfast but the burritos would make a nice change.
