Bread Machine Adventures – Part Two
In part one of my bread machine adventures I chronicled the sad demise of my old Zojirushi V20. My machine had gotten noisy over the last two years. (It was not fun to be in the kitchen when the machine was on the kneed cycle.) That plus the fact that the machine was about six years old had prepared me for the sad facts. I was going to have to get a new machine.
As luck would have it, my machine died at a time when Zojirushi was out of stock. That meant that it was hard to find a machine to buy. Amazon.com said they had the machine but I was afraid. What if the machine was back orderd? Weeks and weeks without a bread machine? Horrors!
I used the Zojirushi wesite to find stores in my area that carried the bread machines. I called around and finally found a machine at Mr J Culinary Essentials. They had the machine. The price was right. I soon had my new machine.
Ahhhh. This experience has really pointed out how much we depend on this machine. It’s also pointed out my fondness for banana jam.
I’m looking forward to trying the rolls from the new machine!
And I can’t wait to see you guys. It’s been ages!!!
