Bread Soup
One of my challenges in life is figuring out what to do with all of our frozen bread heels. OK, that’s not an earth-shattering challenge, but it’s my challenge.
I make bread pudding for our weekend special breakfast. I’ve concocted a yummy raisin bread stuffing. And now I’ve added bread soup to our menu.
Click on the link to see the recipe for bread soup (AKA Pappa Al Pomodoro) over at Recipezaar. The Man of the House made this for us last week. Outside it was dark and rainy. Inside the house was filled with the scent of onions and garlic. It made for a cozy, comfortable night.
