The Man of the House created this recipe. This is one of those recipes that takes you by surprise. You read the ingredients and think, “Yeah, I guess that looks OK.” Then you make it and you are so glad that you did. Besides being tasty, it’s also quite easy to make. We like to serve it with rice and a veggie on the side.

Worcestershire Chicken

3 pounds of your favorite chicken part
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 garlic clove – minced
salt and pepper

Place chicken in a shallow casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Put in the rest of the ingredients. Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 10 more minutes.
