I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving.  Ours was very nice.  My Bachelor Brother was the host for our holiday celebration.  It was a wonderful day and everyone had a great time.

My BB mentioned that as a part of his Thanksgiving shopping he’d got a great deal on potatoes.  He had a few extras and wasn’t sure what he was going to do.   “Not to worry,” I said.  “I’ve got a recipe for you!”

Crock Pot Sausage and Potatoes

* 8 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
* 1 lb bulk sausage
* 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
* 1 soup can of water
* 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

• Brown the sausage and drain off the grease
• Add the cooked sausage and the rest of the ingredients to the crock pot
• Give everything a good stir and cook on low for 6-8 hours
